RECRUITMENTS

We follow proper interview selections through intense screening process. We use Integra screening to validate school certificates, Identity and Criminal background. Our staff is properly trained before interacting with clients.

 

OUR EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

All the professionals we hire are properly inspected by the HR Department during the employment stages, to ensure that they are fit and ready for duty. After being deployed on site they are closely monitored by our site mangers. We work with qualified engineers in every area were we operate. All our equipments and products are licenced and approved by the SABS. All our walk in offices have stock available to handle any type of contract, big and small.

 

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS

We have full-time employees and as well as part-tine employees, and all our employment contracts are based on the size & duration, the term of the contract; however, we offer equal benefits to all our workforce.
